Last week, two of your installers, Khoa and Ahn, installed a high-efficiency A/C system in my house. These two men did an excellent job. They arrived when they said they would every morning. They kept me and my wife updated on how late they would work each evening and they finished the job on time. They put ducts where we needed them and did so with very little exposed ductwork–much less exposed ductwork than we expected, and they left the house and yard very clean. Just a little note, to say that Sila Heating & Air Conditioning did an EXCELLENT job for me not once but TWICE! During the past few months, I had a high velocity air conditioning system installed in my home and it works wonderfully! Recently, I had a new boiler & hot water heater installed in my home by another company. However, a few days after installation the unit was not operating properly and the contractor would not return my calls for help. It was Sila Heating & Air Conditioning, who immediately came to my home, assessed the situation & within days the unit was operational and safe after it was properly repaired. All the Sila employees (customer service, sales, installers and service technicians) I have met have been professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Just wanted to let you know Sila had sent out Dino Petsinis their technician on Monday to check the Mitsubishi Split units in my home. Dino added refrigerant to the system. Now I can really feel the difference in that room, but am waiting for a very humid day to compare. Dino of Sila was very professional and very patient. Dino answered my many questions and quickly found the problem. Thank you again for the quick response and thank you for sending Dino of Sila.

My wife and I recently had a high velocity air conditioning system installed in our home. We have oil fired baseboard hot water heating and therefore, no duct system. So when we asked the advice of some friends who have a high velocity system installed, your company was recommended.
I’m writing to tell you how very impressed I was with you company’s performance. I am a Command Sergeant Major in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, and I know the kind of careful planning and scheduling that is required to successfully accomplish a complex mission. During our installation, I was totally amazed at the precision with which the right materials were delivered when needed, the smoothness of the installation process itself, the careful solving of the many duct-routing problems, the collection of unused residue, and the general clean-up of various work areas.
I can’t tell you how often I’ve seen good workmanship spoiled by poor clean-up or by loose ends left unattended. Your installers were marvelous to watch as they set about installing various components, weaving the ducts through ceilings and walls, displacing furniture and items as little as possible, and assuring that work areas were promptly returned to their original condition and any dust or debris was removed. These two gentlemen were absolutely professional in everything they did, and they reflect credit on your entire organization.

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how pleased we are with the installation of our new central air conditioning system. The installers & technicians were prompt daily, showed up when they said they would, and worked hard every day. They were courteous, funny, and very respectful of this house and the fact that people were living here. Each day, before they left, they cleaned up any mess they made. However, the mess was generally minimal, as they were very careful each step along the way. As anyone who has had contractors in their house knows, it can be a major inconvenience to have any work done. But the installers at Sila did an outstanding job at minimizing this inconvenience. We were truly pleased with how the installation happened almost step-by-step according to the project plan, which you had communicated to us during the bid process and also at the time of installation.
