Can’t say enough good things about these guys. We had no heat and logged an emergency call, since we have a 2-year old in the house. Al called back quickly – at 10:00 at night – and spent likely a total of half and hour to 45 minutes on the phone, combined with countless texts, trying to help us troubleshoot the problem so we wouldn’t have to pay extra for an overnight call.
It turned out that we really did need a service call the next morning – our boiler is ancient and weird and, as it turned out, a serious challenge to work on. As a matter of fact, a friend who does this for a living took one look at it and told me we’d need a new one. Not Al. Nope. He was a freaking ninja. He pulled that thing apart, piece by piece, figuring our 50+ year old system out from scratch. Through the whole frustrating process, he was thoughtful about his approach, extremely respectful, and seemed to not mind the million and one questions.
